Data Privacy
Last updated: April 2026
This page explains in plain language how STAR GAZE d.o.o. ("GazeHome") handles your personal data when you use our website at www.gazehome.com, what we do and do not do with it, and how you can exercise your rights.
What your data is used for
If you join our early-access waitlist, we use the information you provide to:
- Add you to our waitlist and manage your registration
- Send you a notification when GazeHome launches (if you opted in)
- Send you occasional product updates and news (if you opted in)
- Understand which types of users are interested in the platform (buyers, tenants, investors, agents, landlords, sellers) — in aggregate, not individually
If you contact us by email, we use your information to respond to your enquiry and manage our correspondence.
What we do not do with your data
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party
- We do not share your data with advertising networks
- We do not use your data for behavioural advertising or profiling
- We do not use non-essential tracking cookies on this website
- We do not build shadow profiles or collect data beyond what you explicitly provide
- We do not make automated decisions about you based on your personal data
Cookies and tracking
This website aims to operate without non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual visitors. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile as a strictly necessary security measure to prevent automated abuse — this does not track you across the web.
If non-essential cookies or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, appropriate consent mechanisms will be implemented before activation.
Email consent and opt-out
When you join the waitlist, you choose which types of communication you wish to receive. You can change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send, or by contacting us directly at info@gazehome.com.
Opting out of marketing emails does not affect any transactional messages related to your waitlist registration.
Your consent for email communications is separate from your waitlist registration. Withdrawing consent for emails does not remove you from the waitlist unless you also request deletion of your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your personal data
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
How to make a request
To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@gazehome.com. Include enough information for us to verify your identity and specify which right you wish to exercise.
We aim to respond to all data rights requests within one calendar month. If a request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by up to two additional months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Where to complain
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data or your rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority:
Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP)
Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency
Selska cesta 136
10000 Zagreb
Croatia
Website: https://azop.hr
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the EU/EEA member state of your habitual residence or place of work.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and our form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse.
Changes to this page
This page may be updated as our practices evolve. We encourage you to review it periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
